Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We don't process or ship on weekends or public holidays. During sales and new releases, processing may take up to 3 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility.

TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received yours within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or get in touch at grubspotlures@gmail.com.

DELAYS

Couriers occasionally run behind, especially around holidays or weather events. If your order is more than 5 business days late on the estimated arrival, contact us and we'll chase it up.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email grubspotlures@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo (for damage). We'll work with the courier to resolve it.

WRONG ADDRESS

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you enter the wrong address and we've already shipped, the order may be returned to us — at which point you'll need to pay re-shipping cost. Please double-check before paying.
