Refund policy
30-DAY RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Used lures or lures removed from packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email grubspotlures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and the address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a faulty product or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
