How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia is 3–7 business days. Express is 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $50. International rates are calculated at checkout. Full details on the Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may attract import duties or taxes that are the buyer's responsibility.

How fast do you process orders?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During sales or new releases, allow up to 3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns on unused lures in original packaging. Buyer covers return postage unless the item is faulty. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — every Grubspot lure is covered against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for full terms and how to make a claim.

Are your lures field tested?

Every Grubspot lure is tested by real anglers in real conditions before it ships. If it doesn't earn a spot in our own tackle box, it doesn't earn a spot in yours.

Where are Grubspot lures made?

Designed in Australia. Made in partnership with manufacturers we've vetted for build quality. Every batch is hand-checked before it goes out the door.

Which lure should I choose?

Match the lure to your target species, water depth, and conditions. Each product page lists the action, depth range, and what it's best suited for. If you're unsure, email us at grubspotlures@gmail.com and we'll point you in the right direction.

Can I replace the hooks?

Absolutely — most lures come with quality trebles or singles, but every angler has a preference. The split rings on our lures are sized to take standard upgrades. Just match the size and weight to keep the action true.

How should I look after my lures?

Rinse with fresh water after every saltwater session and let them dry fully before going back in the box. Replace rusty hooks promptly. Store out of direct sunlight to keep finishes from fading.

Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes — for tackle shops, charters, or bulk gift orders, email grubspotlures@gmail.com with what you're after and we'll get back to you with pricing.

I haven't received a tracking number — what do I do?

Tracking emails sometimes get caught in spam. If you haven't received yours within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at grubspotlures@gmail.com with your order number.
